Excellent corrosion resistance and lightweight pure titanium material. Since there are no ready-made bars of 3mm x 3mm, we requested cutting from sheet material. Other processing machines caused significant distortion due to thermal effects. There were many issues with yield as well. We considered water jet cutting and conducted an initial test cut. We performed cutting to avoid the generation of residual stress and cut flat bars. It was evaluated that we improved quality and yield compared to conventional processing machines.
